The property is in the perfect location for those that need to be close East Cowes town centre or Newport. It's around a 20 minute drive to Newport and all the local amenities it has to offer. East Cowes has a number of large supermarket chains in the town centre and also has the commuter links across to Southampton and the island chain ferry across to West Cowes.
